dsc productsAlkolex (PR 2028) – It is an Isopropyl Alcohol replacement for use in lithography offset printing industry. It reduces the surface tension of water to the same degree as IPA but is very economic in use because it is supplied in a form which is 10 times stronger than IPA.


Rotawash 60 (PR 2119) – Rotowash 60 is a water-miscible cleaner formulated for lithography offset printing web-fed cold-set and heat-set presses blankets and rollers, either for applying manually as well as automatically. It cleans blankets and rollers intensively and gently. Ink residues and paper dust are removed completely. It is totally safe to use for rubber rollers and blankets. Additionally, it contains corrosion inhibitors to protect any machine parts come into contact during cleaning application from corrosion.


Stabilat D2010 (PR 2105) – Stabilat D2010 is a buffered acidic fountain solution for offset lithographic sheet-fed presses. It is formulated to run on fast, modern integrated alcohol or conventional sheet-fed dampening presses with the possibilities of reducing or eliminating IPA. It is compatible with all types of pre-sensitised offset printing metal plates and all dampening system on sheet-fed presses.


Stabilat D (PR 2111) – It is a buffered acidic fountain solution for offset lithographic sheet-fed presses. It is formulated to run on fast, modern integrated alcohol or conventional sheet-fed dampening presses. It is highly compatible with all types of pre-sensitised offset printing metal plates and all dampening system on wide range of sheet-fed presses. It works well with conventional and UV curable inks as well. It is a very safe product which contains no toxic materials and volatile hazardous solvents, which is of any harm to offset printing plate, even on CTP plates. It can be mixed with IPA even in its concentrated form at any ratio.


Repafix (PR 2051) – It is an effective surface repairing solution for blankets. It is a fast and sure way of repairing low spots and surfaces smashes on blankets. It saves precious time as you can recommence printing immediately after application.

Duct Emulsion W64 Series – A water-dilute-able acrylic based gloss overprint varnish. The varnish is specially formulated with appropriate rheology and tack for the application via offset printing ink train rollers.

Duct Emulsions comes in various grades as follow:

  • Duct Emulsion 640 coded W640NM with Gloss properties
  • Matt Duct Emulsion 641 coded W641NM with Matt properties
  • Duct Emulsion 643 coded W643NM with High gloss properties

W640NM and W643NM has an excellent gloss, very good leveling, high slip and excellent rub resistance. The gloss levels equal to those of UV Varnish can be achieved on quality coated stocks. W641NM give an evenly and smooth layer of matte coating with excellent slip and rub resistance.


Retarder (SC 4042) – It is formulated for cleaning of the water-based ink duct overprint varnish. It’s main function is to prevent the water-based ink duct varnish to dry on the ink rollers and in the ink duct. It also acts as a reducer in the case to reduce the tack of the ink duct varnishes. Additionally, by using this product to clean the distribution rollers and blankets before running Duct Emulsion, will ensure the rollers is free from any ink residues, eliminate problem of ink transfer to the print and paper sticking up to blanket. Therefore, when running Duct Emulsion, it is strongly recommended to have Retarder standing by to assist the print.


Aqua Sec (SC 4011) – It is a liquid drier which can be added to the dampening system to assist the drying of offset printing inks. It will accelerate the ink surface drying and setting, which is important under the following condition:

  • With less absorbent substrates such as metallic foils and non-absorbent film or carton board.
  • With too moist or acidic substrate.
  • When the ink (on all the units) has insufficient drier.
  • When the dampening system requires critical control while printing half tones and fines details.
  • To minimise the set-off problem.
